Our Broth & our vision

We pride ourselves on being a local company, helping to support and give back to our community. We use fresh high quality ingredients, sourced from small farms, right here in Alberta. From farmers who sustainably raise their animals on pasture, and grow their vegetables as naturally as possible.

Our bone broth is traditionally prepared, slow simmered in small batches for 24-48 hours. This simmering helps to release the healing compounds in the marrow bones, specifically collagen.

After straining the broth it is packaged and frozen, ensuring it is loaded with nutrients and will keep for over 6 months!

Each of the broths is uniquely crafted with additional superfoods to bring you a truly nourishing and wholesome sippable bone broth.

We try to limit as much waste as possible by repurposing bones and the entire vegetable, even the skins and stems, we turn what would be scraps into a nourishing nutrient dense meal.

Our broth is packaged in compostable paper packing, helping to reduce some of the negative health and environmental impacts used in plastic food packaging.

how to use bone broth & Collagen

  • THAW, STIR, POUR, HEAT & NOURISH!

  • Heat and Sip from a mug daily - My favourite way!

    - Make it part of your lifestyle! - Thaw broth in fridge for a couple days, give it a good stir and pour desired amount into a saucepan to heat on stove (or however you warm food), and serve in a mug.

  • Add as a base for your favourite soup or chili.

  • Replace water with broth for cooking rice and quinoa, liquid in a slow cooker or Pressure Cooker

  • Use to deglaze a pan while cooking

  • Use to make sauces, dips and gravy.

  • Add Collagen Smoothie Base to smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt and other foods.
